Do you provide tracking numbers?

Yes, but there are exceptions.

All of our accessories and our Aspire frame come with a tracking number when they ship, so you will be able to track where they are in real-time.

Our Signature desks (Pioneer, Achiever and Visionary) are not automatically shipped with a tracking number. They are shipped either internally or through delivery partners, who unfortunately do not provide a tracking service.

Rest assured that you will generally receive your order within three (3) business days of your predetermined time slot, which you will receive over the phone once you get a shipping confirmation email.
